Progress update as of September 29

The painting project has come to an end, along with summer it seems. Have a great fall everyone and thank you for your cooperation during this project.

Progress update as of September 21

We are in the touch up phase now. Due to some reoccurring peeling paint in areas, the finishing has taken longer than expected. The carpenters are now offsite so we can finish the last areas where wood has been replaced.

Progress update as of August 25

The power washing of the building substrate is nearly complete.
The crew will be painting the siding in the courtyard, working around to the west side.

Power washing progresses

The courtyard is finished and the west side. We are working around the north west corner. Some priming of bare wood has begun in the courtyard. Please keep windows closed to avoid fumes or dust from entering your unit.

Power washing to start Monday!

Wolfgang will start power washing the building on Monday August 15. Workers will be starting on the South east corner and working clockwise round the building. Each unit will be given 48 hours notice to remove items from the balconies.
